Batten down the hatches! DIVE, DIVE, DIVE!!! In this episode, we attempt to infiltrate Drake’s island in the South Pacific Ocean, where he has set up a jamming signal to keep nosy spy planes out of his business. Unfortunately, there’s a whole lot more going on there than the UN originally approved of. Thankfully, we’re here to put a stop to that. I apologize for taking yesterday off. I’m just getting back into the swing of things with school, and Thursdays are my busiest days, so I didn’t really get any time to upload this mission. I didn’t explain this in the episode, so I’ll do so now: the Nightfire files and the evidence found at the abandoned nuclear power plant have caused MI6 to conclude that Drake is attempting to sabotage the US Space Defense Platform using the missile guidance system he stole way back in The Exchange. To do so, he is launching himself and some of his men into space via the space shuttles stored on the island, so that he can witness the world’s destruction at the hands of the Defense Platform. Our situation’s a lot more dire than you thought, huh? Also, about the widescreen format: I tried rendering it in 16:9 on WMM, but it didn’t work as I thought it would. As a result, this mission is recorded in widescreen but rendered in 4:3, meaning it probably looks weird compared to the other missions.
