hey do you know if this dough bait works for crappie too
@f2pGTA with it
i recommend you use mashed shrimp mixed it
@madakopee if it dose not stay then you put it on a hook and put it in the frezer soo when you are ready to fish you take it out of the frezere and fish
if it dose not stay then you put it on a hook and freeze it and so when you go fishing you take it out and go fishing
@ALLALONEism and buy like some fish pallet food (wild fish food) and trow it by your bait with a boobber
@ALLALONEism i found out it falls off alot to so what you have to do is put some maple sryp and some peanut butter in it so it sticks a choce is kool aid wich works graet
Notice at 27 seconds they spell “flour” as “flower” lol
i tried this… falls of so easy, especially in river currents. wtf? im not sure how to make the dough bait thicker or something to help it stay on my hook. i don’t even cast far and it still falls off
but overall it did well
but overall it did well
the bait kept falling off of my hook when i cast
A dough bait like that will only work for carp. I’ve tried it in waters with a lot of cat fish and some carp and never caught a catfish on it once only carp. Now if I threw a chicken liver in the same water I would catch nothing but catfish. For catfish you would have to add some chicken liver blood to the dough.
Check out my video on dough bait. CMPOUTDOORS
I have caught trout and panfish on home made dough baits. In the valley river I have caught 20″ inch rainbows.
nice 5star
keep up the hard work, very soon you could become a masterbaitor
guys plz dont insult this guy bcuz he just wantd to help th firstimrs
I like to hook them about the same space from the ass end. That way no little bastard fish will be able to tug your bait off of the hook.
Here in Georgia, we mostly use the wigglers and what are called big red worms, many types of fish wil bite them, every now again even bass bite live worms, I got a bass last year that was over 5 pounds on a bream buster pole, because the bass bit the live worm ! My favorite live bait are minnows though, I tear up the crappie and cats with the minnows ! If you use a size 4 hook, you can bring in anything from a small bream to a big cat or bass, just make sure the end of the hook is covered up.
0:00 lets you skip the add
expertvillage sucks dick.. i haven’t seen a single video that was worth watching.
I feed the worm up through the hook so the hook is concealed-caught a white trout with a fly rod, bait fishing yesterday…(over a pound in weight)
uh huh! how do you hook a worm other than “generally”? WTF why do i continue to watch this stuff? just to lmao i guess.
Good video.
@je0670 I agree……Thanks man. I went out today for first time, didn’t catch anything. Your video is helpful like je0670 says. I will go back and try worms.
Don’t be rude to him guys, he’s just wanted to help those first timer and some experience fishermen. Great job for sharing your video tips.
as soon as this came on i could smell the dirt
idiot
that guy didn’t look so bright. Im just saying…
the fish can just carry it away
He did show the correct way of hooking it. Less stress on the worm and it will be able to squirm more freely and naturally then if you hook it through 3-4 times…albeit you will lose more worms. If you’re spending about 3 bucks for a box of worms maybe you’ll secure it better, but I personally can get unlimited amount of nightcrawlers at my lake so I just hook it loose. The best bait of all time.
Yah, that’s the old school way & it works great!
yea exactly..the way he did it the fish is gonna take that right off, or even fall off on the cast..do it 4-5 times
ur supposed to stick the hook thew the worm about 4 times,so the fish cant just ripp it of
yeah but not to much becuase yuou wnt the fish to bite it when it see it, you want the worm to move that is what gets the fish to bite
that worms fukd
all stick with my rapala:)
loollolol
It helps sometimes if you hook a rather bigger worm a few times. 3-5 time, so that the fish won’t bite the worm and rip it right off there. That way you have a better chance of hooking a fish. Good fishing.
wow…..THATS WAS THE FIRST BAIT EVER!!!
